Why Do I Run?

to lose weight

to have more energy

summer - running around the lake at my cottage

fall - running along the path near my home

winter - crying on the treadmill

spring - probably still hiding from the cold on the treadmill

in a race - praying the sag wagon doesn't catch me #backofthepackrunner
